Macedonia Gospel Publications International began in the heart of Dr. Marshall Everett, founder and chancellor of Macedonia World Baptist Missions, Inc. In 1977 the executive board of MWBM voted to purchase a small print shop to meet the printing needs of the mission board. With a small press, paper cutter, folder, and other equipment they were ready to go with one exception. They had no printer to run a printing ministry. At the same time, God laid on the heart of Bro. David Wade the burden of reaching the world for Christ through the printed page. In May of 1978 Bro. Wade came with Macedonia fulltime to begin a ministry of publishing gospel tracts to reach a world for Christ.

Thus began the ministry of MGPI. Over the years the ministry has grown to reach millions for Christ in many countries and languages. In 1994, Bro. Carl Braswell came with the Mission to be the director of the printing ministry. Bro. Richard Vance joined us in 1995 and specializes in the layout and bindery aspects of printing. Mrs. Jennifer Cudd joined us in 2005 as secretary. She also is responsible for the missionary prayer letter service, which sends out thousands of missionary prayer letters each month.

Macedonia relocated to Hoschton Georgia in 2001 and built a 5,000 square foot printing facility. In 2003 the Lord through His people, made it possible for us to purchase a four-color press. This press has enabled us to publish colorful gospel tracts.

Our Lord continues to bless the ministry of MGPI because He honors the publishing of His Word. The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it. Psalm 68:11

In 1978, Macedonia Gospel Publications International (MGPI) began publishing gospel tracts to assist missionaries in the work evangelism. It was determined from the very beginning to supply soul winning gospel tracts free of charge to missionaries. Therefore our primary purpose and policy is to supply gospel tracts to missionaries without cost to the missionary as the Lord provides. We are able to do this through donations and by tracts that are supplied to local churches on a love offering basis. The ministry of MGPI operates by faith. MGPI prints tracts for churches of like faith and practice to assist them in their evangelistic outreach.

MGPI is a nonprofit organization. MGPI does not do commercial printing. We reserve the right to refuse to print for those that do not meet our policy of non-commercial printing or doctrinal statement.

In addition to the tract printing ministry, MGPI does most of the printing for Macedonia World Baptist Missions, Inc., including our magazine, Focus on the Field, published twice per year. Individual printing jobs such as letterheads, envelopes, brochures and other materials are printed for our missionaries on a cost basis. A missionary prayer letter service is also provided to MWBM missionaries on a cost basis.

MGPI uses the King James Bible in all of our English material. This has been the fundamental policy of Macedonia World Baptist Missions from the very beginning. This is where MGPI will always stand.

We believe in…

1. The plenary, verbal, Divine inspiration of Scripture, consisting only of the 39 Old Testament and 27 New Testament books, in the original language, their consequent inerrancy and infallibility, and as the Word of God, the supreme and final authority in faith and life.*

2. The triune God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, the Sovereign Creator, Sustainer and Ruler of the Universe.

3. The essential, absolute eternal Deity; and the real and proper, and sinless, humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ.

4. His birth of the Virgin Mary.

5. His substitutionary, expiatory death.

6. His resurrection from among the dead in the same body in which He was crucified, and the bodily return of this same Jesus to the earth in power and great glory to judge the earth and establish His Millennial Kingdom.

7. The “blessed hope” of the Christian in the personal, premillennial, and imminent coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to gather the Church “which is His body” unto Him.

8. That the Holy Spirit enters, seals. and baptizes one the moment he is born into the family of God through faith in Jesus Christ, and that He endues, guides, teaches, sanctifies, empowers, and keeps the believer eternally secure.

9. Salvation, the effect of regeneration by the Spirit and the Word, not by works but by grace through faith in the shed blood of Christ.

10. The abiding presence and ministry of the Holy Spirit in each regenerate life.
